Perform a feet first sculling action for 15 metres, maintaining a flat body position.

Perform a surface dive in deep water followed by retrieving an object from the bottom of the pool.

Perform a track start dive from the side of the pool.

Demonstrate a correct breaststroke start, including a full underwater phase.

Be able to swim 15 metres butterfly.

Tread water for 1 minute, holding an object out of the water.
