These sessions are designed specifically for adults of all abilities in a calm and quiet environment. The whole pool is dedicated to our adult session so there will be no children in the pool.
Our adult group sessions are booked online. You may only book the lessons you are able attend, giving you the flexibility to attend as and when you can.
BOOK ONLINETwo groups run simultaneously to cater for complete beginners all the way to experienced swimmers training for a specific event or even those who just want to gain fitness in a fun and welcoming environment.
