At SafelySwim we are striving to continue delivering outstanding lessons for all those learning to swim in the area. It is important for us to get feedback from our customers, to see what we are doing well and if there is anything that would make their experience better.

My child loves the lessons. Independence of the new bands and also jumping in. She doesn’t want me near her as she has the confidence to swim, just not the ability yet!
Very well. A variety of levels are suggested for each activity to make it accessible and challenging for all stages of the class, and I love that the instructors can talk to us as a family - we are recognised and you know who we are.
The instructors are very professional and show empathy for the range of children they deal with.
I’ve done other swimming classes and this is by far the best. We really enjoy our classes.
