Noticing a larger interest in Adult Beginner Classes


We already know swimming is one of the most effective ways to burn calories and increase our fitness. It is said that 30 minutes of exercise in water is the same as 45 minutes of activity on land, and regular swimming can also lower anxiety, stress and depression. I personally find it can greatly improve my quality of sleep and lung capacity when I take part in swimming sessions regularly. Not to mention the positive endorphins you get from exercise.

The Health and Wellbeing Benefits of Swimming Report states that swimming can improve you heart health, lower blood pressure and increase bone strength. Swimming regularly can also reduce long-term health conditions like heart disease and diabetes by up to 40 percent.

With all these benefits that come along with swimming, no wonder we have seen a larger interest in beginner adult classes and more parents wanting to join their children learning to swim.
