Group Lesson Late Payment Procedure

Payment Policy Enforcement

Here at SafelySwim we are striving to continue delivering outstanding lessons for all those learning to swim in the area. To allow us to continue with this mission we have made the decision that from October 1st our payment policy will be enforced more strictly.

When is Payment Due

Group lesson payments are purchased in blocks of 5 lessons. You are due a top-up payment on the 5th week of lessons to confirm you wish to remain with us. These can be made by cash or card when you come in for your lesson, online or via bank transfer (details provided in your reminder email).

Late payment for a group lesson is classed as more than a week overdue. For example, if you were due on the 1st of October (lesson 5 of the block), payment was not made by the end of the 8th of October (1st lesson of an unpaid block), then you are now late.

What Happens Now?

If your payment is still outstanding by your next lesson, you will receive an email informing you that your swimmer(s) have been removed from the class and will need to be rebooked. On rebooking, you will have to restart the process and now pay a £10.00 signing up fee.

We have been lenient with this in the past and sent countless emails before removing a student. The persistent chasing of late payers uses time that our team could be using to improve the business in other ways, which is why we are enforcing this policy change.
