Speed Through Technique

Built for competitive swimmers and those wanting to build fitness, our STT sessions are to help improve techniques of all four strokes, dives and turns.

The SafelySwim Way

Our weekly sessions are run by those with extensive years of experience in the swimming industry. We want to help lead the next generation into competitive swimming with the important values we have at SafelySwim.

Session Plan

Monday Evenings - 19:00 to 20:30

Endurance session, we work through a set each week, with the goal of making them faster and stronger in the water!

Saturday Mornings - 07:00 to 08:00

Distance frontcrawl, we either complete a set designed to improve fitness and endurance for the longer frontcrawl swims. Or we improve on a skill required for the longer swims, such as stroke counts or technique!

Sunday Evenings - 18:00 to 19:00

Technique session, we look in detail at all strokes, starts and turns. Lower emphasis on distance, with the focus on refining technique.
