Face Masks - Let's Stay Safe.

Here at SafelySwim, it is our first and foremost priority to keep our team and customers safe from coronavirus. We are now requesting that everyone over the age of 11 wears a face mask throughout their time in reception, on poolside, and in the changing rooms. This is to ensure we can remain open and continue our lessons. We have already introduced new cleaning regimes, staggered times of lessons, one way systems and put in measures to keep social distancing for everyone at the facility.

Following guidance from Swim England, our instructors will not be required to wear a face mask whilst teaching, however, they have been provided with shielding equipment for use when 1-1 conversations are needed or additional close support is required in an emergency.

We are following guidance from the Government about face coverings and all customers, over the age of 11, must wear a face covering at all times whilst visiting our facility. Should you choose not to wear one, you will be required to wait outside. It is important to note that there must be an adult responsible for each child on the premises, whether you choose to sit inside or outside. It is important to keep everyone safe and those not wearing a face covering will not be able to enter the swimming pool.

Over the past week, we have asked our customers to complete a short survey about their time with us since reopening. We were delighted to see overall positive responses to our new arrangements. We are passionate about swimming and it has been great to be back doing what we love.

Should you forget your mask, and still wish to spectate the lesson, you are welcome to purchase a disposable mask from Reception.

We hope to see you all again soon!
