Returning in August

It has been almost 4 months since we closed our doors due to the coronavirus, however, we are pleased to say we will be returning in early August. Earlier today the Government has announced indoor swimming pools are able to open from the 25th of July.

We have been in discussions with The Duke of York’s Royal Military School about the measures we need to put in place to help protect the customers at SafelySwim, as well as the school students who live on campus. We have managed to find suitable solutions whilst following all the current guidelines from the government and the bodies that represent our industries.

The SafelySwim team are working hard to get some sessions up and running as soon as we have all the measures in place at the pool. We plan on slowly increasing the number of lessons throughout the week to help accommodate our customers who want to return. This is all subject to not having a local lock down should the number of covid-19 cases increase within the next few weeks.

Between now and our returning date, we will give more information about the measures that will be in place as well as the exact date we will be open again. Those who were booked into our lessons in March will receive an email with all the relevant information they need in order to return, if they wish to do so.

We hope you all stay safe and we look forward to welcoming you all back soon.

If you wish to find out more information please see our other post about our measures.
